Refund policy

Organik Weaves accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:

  • Product(s) delivered are inaccurate compared to what was ordered

  • Product(s) delivered are damaged on receipt

  • Product(s) delivered do not fit

In all the cases above, please note:
The product being returned for exchange must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags intact.


1. Product(s) delivered are inaccurate compared to what was ordered

If the product delivered is incorrect, we may offer a size exchange or issue a credit note or code which can be redeemed against a purchase from organikweaves.com within the next 30 days. If the required size or design is unavailable immediately, a replacement piece may also be made to order.

The shipping costs for returning the product in this case will be borne by the Organik Weaves team.


2. Product(s) delivered are damaged on receipt

If the product delivered is damaged on receipt, we may offer a product replacement or issue a credit note or code which can be redeemed against a purchase from organikweaves.com within the next 30 days. If the required size or design is unavailable immediately, a replacement piece may also be made to order.

Refunds may also be issued in such cases; however, refunds will be processed only after the damaged product has been received at our warehouse and inspected by our Quality Control team.

The shipping costs for returning the product in this case will be borne by the Organik Weaves team.


3. Product(s) delivered do not fit

a) Customer ordered a standard size from our website

If the product delivered has sizing issues, we may offer a size exchange or issue a credit note or code which can be redeemed against a purchase from organikweaves.com within the next 30 days. If the required size or design is unavailable immediately, a replacement piece may also be made to order.

The shipping costs for the first size exchange will be borne by the Organik Weaves team. Any subsequent size exchange for the same outfit will be borne by the customer. We do not accept more than one size exchange for the same outfit.

b) Customer ordered a made-to-order outfit as per custom measurements

If the product delivered has sizing issues, the item will be returned to our warehouse for detailed examination. The shipping costs for returning the product in this case will be borne by the Organik Weaves team.

If it is determined that the outfit was made incorrectly and not as per the measurements shared, we may either remake the outfit to the correct measurements or issue a credit note or code which can be redeemed against a purchase from organikweaves.com within the next 30 days.

If the measurements were provided incorrectly by the customer, a replacement may be made at a pre-determined incremental cost. The customer will also bear the shipping costs both ways. The customer may opt for a partial refund or credit note; however, the amount will be mutually determined on a case-to-case basis depending on the fabrics, materials, and customisations involved.


TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Please send an email to Info@organikweaves.com  or contact us via WhatsApp to connect with our Customer Experience team. Our team will assess the reason for the return or exchange and guide you through the process.

Products must be returned within 5 Working days of receipt, in unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, along with the original tags and original sales invoice. Please use a reliable courier service and ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Products found damaged due to improper packaging will not be replaced.

We do not offer refunds; a credit note is the sole available option.

Please note that processing and closure of an exchange request may take up to 5 Working days at our end.
